2. Ordering and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. BiteMeBake reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. However, once your order is confirmed, the price will remain as shown at checkout.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Zelle.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the state of Florida only. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

BiteMeBake is not responsible for shipping delays or issues caused by the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Once an order is shipped, we are not liable for any damage or loss during transit. Please contact the shipping provider for claims regarding lost or damaged items.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Our baked goods are made fresh to order and are perishable. As such, all sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll do our best to make it right with a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather, or events beyond our control. However, we’re happy to assist in resolving any issues.

Refunds

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to your original payment method.
